Dear Patients and Friends,
We here at the dental offices of Doctors David Kolakowski, Eric Tye, and Logan White recognize the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitized environment and its relationship to matters of public health. Your total health and well-being, along with your dental health, as well as the health of our staff, is always a top priority. As we head into uncharted waters with the widespread coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know we’re taking extra precautions to reduce the possibility of exposure to this pathogen from our facility.
As always, we sanitize the treatment rooms between patients, using disposable barriers, sterilizing equipment and wiping down all hard surfaces with germicidal wipes. In addition to our daily cleaning efforts, we will be sanitizing our high traffic areas like the front desk, bathroom, reception areas and all objects that come into direct patient contact.
All of us Americans and all of mankind have a responsibility to help contain the spread of this disease. As such, if you are not feeling well, we will happily reschedule your appointment. With that in mind, if any of our staff or providers feel ill, we will have them remain home as well. If this does occur, we ask for your understanding if any subsequent appointment changes are necessary. Remember, we are all in this together.
Dr. Kolakowski, Dr. Tye, Dr White and staff
